Yes, our time onsite includes assemble/disassemble and actual play time.

Setup

• The setup process takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
• The team aims to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time if possible.
• This early arrival is intended to maximize your available playtime by ensuring the equipment is ready on time.

Teardown

• Teardown requires an additional 30 minutes.
• To fit teardown within the allotted onsite time, the teardown process begins 30 minutes before the scheduled end time.
• This means the actual playtime is scheduled to end 30 minutes before the official end of the onsite rental period to allow for efficient teardown.

This schedule ensures you get the maximum possible playtime while allowing sufficient time for setup and teardown within the rental period. If you have any questions about timing or need adjustments, feel free to ask!

1. Early Notice Cancellation

• Full refund available if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
• This policy does not apply to same-day rentals.

• To receive a full refund via gift card, cancellations must be made at least seven days before the event by 9 A.M..
• The gift card refund must be used within six months from the date of issue.

3. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling must be done at least two days before the event by 9 A.M.
• If you need to reschedule after this deadline, you should call as soon as possible to discuss options.

  • Park Hours: Be mindful of the park’s operating hours. To ensure a timely pickup, please note that we cannot retrieve equipment after gates are locked at sundown.

• Yes. the blower run to keep air flowing in the bounce house unit the entire time. Once unplugged the bounce house will deflate. We need an outlet to plug in to within 50 feet of the set up location. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty 50 foot cords.
