Yes, we will be open until March 15, 2026 for business at our current location, but will transition to mobile and you can book when we start our mobile pop-ups near or in your area or you can travel to where we will be, just follow our social media, become part of our mailing list or check our online pop-up calendar that will be hosted on our site under Events.
To deliver an exceptional and safe gaming experience, we recommend a minimum play area of 4m x 4m (13ft x 13ft), complemented by an outer safety padding of at least 5ft x 5ft. This generous space comfortably accommodates up to four players simultaneously, ensuring everyone can fully immerse themselves in the adventure without feeling restricted.
Whether set indoors or outdoors, the designated area should feature a relatively level surface to minimize the risk of trips and falls. Prioritizing a smooth and secure ground not only enhances player safety but also maximizes enjoyment, allowing participants to focus entirely on the thrilling experience ahead.

PCVR Setup:
If you have a smaller area where players can stand or sit, our non-free roam PCVR games are an excellent option. This setup supports up to 4 players per session, delivering an engaging and immersive experience without requiring a large play area.
VRX-Tent:
For larger or outdoor spaces such as your front or backyard, or any available community area, we offer our FREE ROAM VRX-Tent setup. Depending on the available space, we can provide:
A 4m x 4m (13ft x 13ft) Arena accommodating up to 4 players
- Minimum space usage requirement 20ftx20ft
A 6m x 6m (20ft x 20ft) Arena accommodating up to 8 players
- Minimum space usage requirement 30ftx30ft
Minimum Space Required: is the space needed to setup the VRX-Tent.
This flexible approach ensures we can tailor the experience to your venue, maximizing fun and safety for all participants.
- Minimum space needed: 6 meters by 6 meters (20 feet by 20 feet)
- Clearance around the tent: 5 feet clearance on all sides around the tent
This ensures enough room for safe installation and operation of the VRX-Tent.
Setting Up the Tent: Securing Options
There are two main ways to secure the VRX-Tent depending on the surface and weather conditions:
Ground Anchor Screws (Preferred for Lawn)
- We use eight (8) 14-inch ground anchor screws driven into the lawn.
- This method is the most secure, especially if weather conditions change or wind gusts exceed what sandbags can handle.
- The anchors leave minimal visible holes after removal unless forcibly pulled out.
- Recommended for outdoor grassy areas where stability is critical.
Sandbags (For Hard Surfaces or Mild Weather)
- Use sandbags to secure the tent.
- Suitable for hard surfaces like concrete or pavement where ground anchors cannot be used.
- Best for days with subtle or mild weather conditions.
- Less secure than ground anchors if wind gusts become strong.
Summary

PCVR is when you use a computer that display is projected into the VR Headsets. With this setup you use the VR Controllers to navigate the virtual landscape.
Currently we can support up to 8 players, depending on the area size and gaming format e.g.(PCVR or Free Roam)
Experiences can range from 5 to 30 minutes in duration.
