You don't book individual games, instead you book a time slot and select your game(s) during your session.

Session are $26 per person for 1 hour 4 players minimum.

We are a mobile virtual reality arena which means we don't have a physical location, but we do have partners that we work with that allows us to offer session bookings, we currently have partner(s) in Snellville GA.

Since we are a mobile virtual reality arena mean to provide virtual reality experiences for events we do not have a physical location.  To provide virtual reality experiences to customers who want to book a session we partner with multiple locations that allow us to setup the vr experiences for session bookings.

The max number of players is 6 but not all of our games support 6 players.

You can book and hour before your session but there isn't any limit on future bookings.

Since we are a mobile business we rely on the availability of our partners, in the event the location you were assigned isn't available with the time you selected we will notify you of a location change, if there aren't any availabilities then you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund via a gift card.

Yes, the hour includes prepping, choosing the game, game play instructions, signing waivers.

We only give full refunds, if no locations are available for your session booking, If you do not wish to go to the selected location you can reschedule or receive a gift card that you can use at a later date. 

Event booking refunds are in the form of a gift card as long as it's 48 hours before the event, partial refunds are a case by case consideration but will be in the form of a gift card.

We do understand that sometimes the weather is unpredictable, when booking our outdoors mobile VRX-Tent if there is light rain we can still setup.  If there are storms or sever weather, you will have the options to reschedule or find an indoor space, in the event there isn't any option we will give a partial refund the amount is on a case by case basis.

Preparing the space where we will be setting up our tent is important, if you have animals make sure and animal feces is removed from the area.  The area needs to be relatively leveled we can not setup on sloping grounds.  Remove sharp objects and debris from the area. You will be responsible for any damage to the equipment including having to clean fecies from the equipment, we will charge an extra incidental fee of $250.
